Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is Free on all orders over £20 and under normal circumstances will take 2-4 days. Of course you can also choose from the following alternative delivery options:-

Standard (1st Class): £1.95

Standard Signed For (1st Class): £3.95 (Someone will need to be home to sign for the package)

Next Day: £9.95 (We can only guarantee next day delivery if orders are placed before 3pm)

Returns Policy

You may return any item, unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full, no quibble refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will process your refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the item back and for your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
